I started this blog because I wanted to create meals that feel good to eat:

I enjoy food that’s nourishing, satisfying, and supports wellness goals without being boring or restrictive. Most of my recipes are lower in calories, higher in protein and nutrients, and built with real, accessible ingredients you can actually find and enjoy every day.

Health has always been a priority for me, but so has flavor. I grew up with both an Italian grandma and a Peruvian grandma, so food was a big part of my life from the very beginning. While the recipes I share here are focused on health and wellness, I carry that same love and respect for cooking into everything I make, just with a nutritious twist.
